Ontario Teachers’ receives Canadian HR Team of the Year award
TORONTO – Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (Ontario Teachers’) is pleased to announce that its People & Culture team has received the Accompass Award for Canadian HR Team of the Year at the 2019 Canadian HR Awards. The team was selected from nine finalists.
The award recognizes the most outstanding HR team of the year in an organization with 500 employees or more in Canada, considering criteria such as excellence in talent acquisition and management, learning and development, leadership, health and wellness and benefits and administration. It also looks at team effectiveness, the implementation of specific HR initiatives and partnership and integration with different business functions.

Winners of the 2019 Canadian HR Awards were revealed live on Thursday, September 12 in Toronto.
